First, it was created an ActiveX Control named GISMap. This Control is an independent platform like ESRI’s ActiveX Control MapObjects for developing GIS based programs. Based on this control it was made a framework application, NetSET (Network Spatial Editing Tool) and it includes all the modules described below: - ActiveX in ATL without MFC who serve as report for tables and queries; pictures, maps, lines, polygons, static texts, and edits with bound. In fact is a tool for reports, like report from Microsoft Access. - ActiveX in ATL without MFC which is a list control and a tree control. Items and sub-items of this control can be set to be: buttons, edits, combo-boxes, checks, date-picker, change colours. - Library in ATL without MFC for manages DBF files used in GIS project (which recognize DBASE IV or Microsoft Visual FoxPro 6.0 database files-dbf). - Server HTTP used to transmit files and COM interfaces (like in COM), between a server and clients. I designed that server because of security in COM-DCOM and ban of ports. - Owner draw controls (MFC): buttons, menus, toolbars, dialogs, and edits; that have a skin (fade colour, 3D, and 2D).
